At Harlembling, we want you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

  Place the items securely in their original Harlembling packaging, including all certificates and promotional materials to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned jewelry for authenticity and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
